Living above the Sandy River in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains of Oregon affords many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and the Northwest Lifestyle.
After receiving his Masters Degree, Bob served for 10 years in Leadership and Management positions for a number
of organizations serving Youth in California and Oregon. Then in 1988 he became the Dean of Men at Multnomah
University where he trained, mentored and coached young leaders in organizational skills, relationships and
decision making for 18 years.
In 2006 he began using these experiences and skills as the President of LifeChart Coaching near Portland
Oregon.
Bob and his wife Anita have been married for over 35 years and have raised 4 children and now have 4
grandchildren.
They believe that helping people live their lives more fully is a significant part of honoring God and others.
Other priorities include staying involved with their kids and grandkids, leadership in their church, spending
time with friends, reading and studying, being outdoors and coaching men and women to more free and fulfilling
lives.
Bob is also the founder of Northwest Native Trees and Shrubs. A small business focusing on providing Native
trees and shrubs for use in landscaping homes and businesses located in the National or State Scenic areas of the
Northwest.
He also serves as an advisor to the executive team of 'Responder Life,' a national organization committed to
strengthening the lives and families of 'first responders' across the country.
These experiences lend to Bob's familiarity with the issues involved in relationships, life change and transition
for individuals. He is committed to helping people move forward and excel in their lives and in their ability to
function successfully wherever they choose to live and work. His desire is to see their hearts and minds freed to
live in their giftedness and passion without compromising their values.
Bob also works with teams of leaders as they move through transitions, initiation of new programs and other
difficult issues. Having a coach can help teams step back and see the big picture, identify their corporate values
and move forward more quickly, precisely and productively.
