Bob and Anita Bailey live in Oregon above the Sandy River in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains.

Bob has a Masters Degree, and has taught in public and private schools and was the Dean of Men at Multnomah Bible College in Portland for 18 years. He is presently on several Boards of Directors and has spoken at conferences and workshops throughout the west coast.  He has led and trained multiple leadership teams.

Anita has a Bachelors Degree, and has been on various Boards of Directors, taught school, and has held leadership roles in our church and community for over 30 years.  She has been a full time mom, wife to Bob and inspiration to many.

At the top of our priorities is to honor God and we believe that helping people live their lives more fully is a significant part of that process. 

Our family is our second priority.  We have been married for over 30 years and have 4 grown children and 3 grand children. 

Other priorities include involvement in our church, spending time with friends, reading and studying, being outdoors and coaching men and women to more free and fulfilling lives.

These experiences lend to our familiarity with the issues involved in relationships, life change and transition.

We are committed to helping people excel in their lives and in the ability to function successfully wherever they choose to live and work.  We desire to see their hearts and minds freed to live in their giftedness and passions without compromising their values.
